Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds when:
- You are unwilling to create a free Coda.io account to access the product
- You don't want to use Coda.io platform after purchase
- You/your client no longer need the product
- You found another preferred product
- You changed your mind
- You lack expertise to use the product
- You don't have the required software
- Product was downloaded after accidental purchase
- You consider the item low quality
- Download issues due to your internet connection
- Insufficient evidence for technical issues
- Purchase was made over 30 days ago
